Event Coordinator – Remote Contract (up to $160/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Event Coordinator to join our remote team on a contract basis. You will work with AI research labs to evaluate and improve event‑planning and hospitality documents, ensuring high quality and relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess domain‑specific event and hospitality documents for accuracy and relevance.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations to improve planning materials.
• Apply strong analytical skills to support high‑impact evaluation projects.
• Collaborate asynchronously with cross‑functional teams to refine document‑evaluation processes.
• Work independently to meet deadlines and continuously enhance document quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 2 years of professional experience in event planning or hospitality management.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
