About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team at INFINNIINFINNI, the infrastructure platform behind the creator economy. The role will help streamline operations, manage priorities and act as a trusted liaison across internal and external stakeholders in a fast‑moving, global environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex, multi‑time‑zone calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate logistics.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and follow‑up action items for leadership.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reporting and event coordination.
- Assist with document management, contract administration and corporate records.
- Liaise with legal counsel, vendors, partners and other external parties as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and track key deliverables and deadlines.
- Support cross‑functional coordination with Operations, Finance, HR and other departments.
- Identify and implement improvements to administrative and operational processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Operations Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professionalism, discretion and strong problem‑solving abilities.
