Executive Business Partner to Chairman & Group CEO – Kuala Lumpur

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Business Partner to support the Chairman & Group CEO of a multinational organisation operating in more than 90 countries. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will act as a trusted advisor, coordinating strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of business priorities across a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Chairman & Group CEO’s calendar, meetings, international travel and stakeholder engagements.
• Serve as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Drive execution of strategic initiatives, monitoring timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefing papers, speeches and correspondence.
• Attend meetings and international visits, documenting decisions and follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and special assignments.
• Conduct business research, market analysis and stakeholder intelligence.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across departments, regional offices and business units.
• Handle highly confidential information with discretion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Business, Economics, Finance, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience supporting CEOs, Chairpersons, Managing Directors or senior C‑suite leaders.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel logistics and high‑stakes stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in business research and market analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
