Executive Project Assistant – GCAT Project

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, organised and detail‑oriented Executive Project Assistant to support senior management and ensure the smooth daily operation of the GCAT research project.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and project support for institutional and collaborative initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, basic requirements and internal procedures.
• Support the preparation and organisation of project documentation, reports and funding‑related materials.
• Coordinate meetings, events and committee activities, including agenda preparation and logistics.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Deliver day‑to‑day office support to enable project implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences or a related discipline.
• Experience in executive support, office administration or organisational support roles.
• Proven ability to organise meetings, events and institutional activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Catalan and English.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, discreet and service‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with digital collaboration tools.
