Executive Search Partner

About the role

This position is a fully remote, senior‑level role focused on sourcing and hiring executive talent for fast‑growing technology companies. You will own the end‑to‑end executive search process, partnering with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies and deliver high‑impact leadership hires.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑cycle executive search processes, from strategy and sourcing to offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and market maps across key functions using proactive outreach, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate profiles, and ensure structured interview processes.
• Conduct market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support hiring decisions.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve time‑to‑hire, and maintain data quality and compliance in ATS systems.
• Coach hiring managers on best practices, including diversity‑aware sourcing and structured evaluation.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of hands‑on executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or retained search.
• Proven success closing Director, VP, or C‑suite roles in competitive technology markets.
• Experience recruiting for SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, gaming, or similar high‑growth sectors.
• Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially EMEA and international tech ecosystems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
