Field Sales Representative - Enterprise Computing Solutions

About the role

Arrow's enterprise computing solutions (ECS) business is a global technology enablement company that delivers value-added distribution, business consulting and channel enablement services to technology manufacturers and their channel partners serving commercial and government markets. Arrow is looking for a Field Sales Representative to join its sales team in Arrow ECS Spain, working from the Madrid office in a hybrid model and covering accounts across the entire Spanish territory. The focus is on developing mid-market resellers and building lasting relationships with customers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Define the critical markets in the assigned sales territory, plan the strategy and develop key relationships to lay a strong foundation for solution selling.
• Develop a number of selected partners so they can grow within the Arrow Solutions ecosystem, in both brands and billing.
• Present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, create demand and improve customer service.
• Coordinate the opportunity development of existing customers.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, news and vendors' portfolios.

Required profile

• Experience selling Cybersecurity, Cloud and Data Center solutions, preferably in B2B.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Native in Spanish and English at B2 level.
• Self-motivated and takes ownership of the sales cycle.
• Interest in sales and IT solutions, and a number-oriented approach.
