Field Service Technician – Intralogistics Solutions

About the role

Join TGW's Lifetime Services team as a Field Service Technician, ensuring the optimal performance of cutting‑edge intralogistics systems at customer sites across Spain and Europe. You will be the on‑site expert responsible for maintaining high availability and supporting the full lifecycle of automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues directly on‑site.
• Train customers and key users on system operation.
• Support installations and act as team leader when required.
• Prepare technical documentation and service reports.
• Provide on‑call and emergency support services.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in industrial or automated environments.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Customer‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70‑80% across Spain and Europe.
• Good level of English (French a plus).
