Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will own the full finance cycle for the Spain market, supporting channel finance, budgeting, and performance management. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and data‑driven business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end channel finance for Spain, including budget planning, control, marketing activity management, reconciliation, settlement and expense analysis.
• Identify financial and operational risks, propose optimisation initiatives and strengthen internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of finance‑related systems and processes, supporting digitalisation and data‑quality enhancements.
• Lead business performance management – annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and performance reviews.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of key metrics, strategic projects and major customers, delivering actionable insights.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other teams to provide financial support for decision‑making, resource allocation and strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance management, preferably within a channel or market‑specific context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive process improvements.
