Finance Controller (Operations & Payments)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Finance Controller who will own financial performance tracking, treasury, payments and risk control. The role is data‑driven, with Excel as the primary tool, and works closely with external accounting advisors and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Financial controlling and business performance tracking
• Supervision of accounting delivered by external advisors
• Review of monthly closings and ensure financial consistency
• Cash‑flow control and treasury forecasting
• Invoicing, reconciliations and revenue control
• Payments, payouts and supplier supervision
• Payments flow analysis and anomaly/fraud detection
• Financial and business reporting to management
• Improvement of internal control processes

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, finance operations or business finance
• Proven ability to supervise accounting without performing daily bookings
• Background in startup, fintech, e‑commerce, SaaS or payment environments
• Analytical, autonomous and problem‑solver mindset
• Professional proficiency in English

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
