Finance Operations & Support Lead (FR/EN) – Barcelona

About the role

Join Naboo’s Finance Operations & Support team in Barcelona as a Finance Operations & Support Lead. You will ensure that event‑related financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant, while acting as a key point of contact for clients and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Validate final amounts for past events, ensure correct invoicing to clients and suppliers.
• Provide clear answers to client and supplier inquiries regarding invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
• Follow up on outstanding items, manage disputes, cancellations, and event postponements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal finance processes.
• Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or billing operations, preferably within a tech scale‑up.
• Fluent in English and French (approximately 50% of finance work is in French).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and working collaboratively in a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
