Finance Process Specialist – EMEA

About the role

Barceló Group is seeking a Finance Process Specialist to support its EMEA operations. The role combines financial process optimisation, SAP system evolution, and integration of critical business platforms within a multinational, fast‑moving hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and optimise financial processes in SAP FI/CO.
• Manage integrations between core financial systems.
• Identify automation opportunities using RPA and AI technologies.
• Provide functional support to international finance teams.
• Resolve incidents and coordinate with technical teams.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across financial information.
• Participate in expansion projects such as new hotel openings and acquisitions.
• Train users and promote adoption of new solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience with SAP FI/CO and finance processes.
• Background in process improvement, automation and system integrations.
• Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI implementations.
• High level of English.
• Analytical, results‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with finance and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
