Fine-tuning Fuel Functional Tests Internship – Discover II 2026/27

About the role

Join Airbus for an 11‑month, full‑time internship in Sevilla as part of the Discover II 2026/27 graduate program. Starting on 5 October 2026, you will work on the C295 fuel system at station S75 on the Final Assembly Line, receiving a study grant while gaining hands‑on experience in aircraft fuel testing.

Key responsibilities

• Simplify and optimise the fuel test structure at station S75 in the LTA Final Assembly Line.
• Assess the C295 fuel system test structure and identify requirements.
• Document the AS‑BUILT breakdown of the S75 fuel centre, including pipes, flow meters, pumps and valves.
• Propose new functional tests aimed at reducing incidents and anticipating potential flight‑line problems.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (any discipline).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• General knowledge of aeronautics, fluid mechanics and programming.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary, international teams.
