About the role
The position involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms and public areas at the Occidental Hotel in Ibiza. You will follow established procedures to ensure hygiene and the perfect condition of all facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cleaning materials, products, tools and equipment for each shift.
- Clean and arrange rooms and common areas, checking the condition of furniture and installations.
- Make beds, ventilate rooms, replenish linens, toiletries, minibar items and report any damages.
- Assist guests during their stay, handle lost‑and‑found items, address complaints and fulfill reasonable requests.
- Collect used materials, send dirty laundry to the laundry service and complete required paperwork.
Required profile
- Basic education (ESO or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar housekeeping role is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
- Customer‑oriented attitude, teamwork, motivation, responsibility and good organizational skills.
