Founding SDR – English Speaking Markets

About the role

REVER is looking for a founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help launch and grow its English‑speaking market operations. You will work directly with the Head of GTM UK, supporting the rapid expansion of a fintech solution that automates returns, refunds, and exchanges for e‑commerce businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential e‑commerce clients across the UK market.
• Conduct cold‑calls, schedule meetings and deliver product demonstrations.
• Build and refine a sales playbook, improving messaging, prospecting and qualification techniques.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of GTM, receiving coaching and feedback.
• Work with product teams to relay market feedback and help shape product development.
• Support day‑to‑day sales activities and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Meet and exceed performance targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Native‑level English communication skills.
• First‑hand sales experience, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and decisive action orientation.
• Collaborative mindset, high initiative and a relentless drive for success.
• Passion for startup culture and a proactive, growth‑focused attitude.
