About the role

Mindrift is seeking a versatile freelance Graphic Designer to support the Tendem project. Working remotely on a part‑time basis, you will transform raw concepts and data into polished visual assets that enhance marketing and communication materials.

Key responsibilities

• Create clean layouts, modern infographics, and clear visual hierarchies for diverse content.
• Design reusable, engaging templates for multiple social‑media platforms and impactful one‑page documents.
• Apply advanced typography, grid systems, and thoughtful composition to elevate everyday materials.
• Convert raw data and ideas into professional visual assets aligned with specific marketing goals.
• Verify design quality by checking visual alignment, color usage, and layout consistency before delivery.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual communications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong grasp of typography, grid systems, and visual composition.
