Freelance Guest Lecturer – Engineering and Biomedicine

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Guest Lecturer to join our Researcher Training team and deliver high‑quality workshops and webinars on engineering and biomedicine topics. The role involves customizing training material, guiding researchers through manuscript preparation, and sharing best practices in academic publishing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑person workshops and online webinars for researchers and corporate clients.
• Prepare and tailor training content to meet specific client requests.
• Collaborate with the training team to design program outlines and incorporate feedback.
• Review participants' research manuscripts and provide personalized feedback on language, structure, and presentation.
• Stay updated on author services offered by Editage and CACTUS.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant engineering or biomedicine field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish.
• Proven record of publishing research articles in high‑impact international journals.
• Strong knowledge of academic publishing processes and current industry trends.
• High level of ownership and ability to meet tight deadlines.
