Freelance Lecturer – Global MBA (Systems Ops, Project Management, Leadership)

About the role

BSBI Madrid is seeking a freelance lecturer for its Global MBA programme, focusing on System Operations, Project Management and Leadership. The role starts in July 2026 and involves delivering modules in English and/or Spanish.

Key responsibilities

• Teach assigned MBA modules, prepare lesson plans and deliver lectures.
• Administer, proctor and mark assignments and exams.
• Develop or amend curriculum and syllabus as needed.
• Supervise dissertations and provide mentorship to students.
• Create assignment briefs, exams and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain confidential student records and progress reports.

Required profile

• PhD, DBA, MBA or Master’s degree in a business discipline.
• Prior higher‑education teaching experience.
• Fluent in English (minimum IELTS 6.5) and Spanish.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Resilient, flexible and motivated for academic development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with educational platforms such as Canvas or Blackboard.
• Working knowledge of timetabling software.
