Freelance Trainer for International Education Programs

About the role

Understanding Academy is seeking freelance trainers to deliver short‑term courses for teachers across Europe. The role involves delivering 4‑hour daily sessions, Monday to Friday, on topics such as skills development, digital and AI literacy, wellbeing, sustainability, or multicultural learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for teachers in the selected expertise area.
• Adapt or create teaching materials provided by the Academy to suit the audience.
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with an international team to ensure consistency across programmes.
• Issue invoices for the freelance contract and manage your own schedule.

Required profile

• Freelance professional able to invoice for services.
• Expertise in at least one of the listed thematic areas.
• Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level).
• Availability for 4 hours per day, Monday‑Friday.
