Freelance VP Operations – AI Trainer (8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a senior operations executive to help train AI models on real‑world operational leadership. As a freelance VP Operations – AI Trainer you will work 8‑20 hours per week, remotely, to ensure AI‑generated content reflects best‑practice operational reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI‑generated content on operations strategy, process optimisation, change management and organisational effectiveness.
• Evaluate AI outputs for realistic reasoning, practical relevance and alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop real‑world operational scenarios and case studies based on your professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple operational perspectives (e.g., VP Operations, department head, stakeholder).
• Identify and address gaps or incomplete reasoning in AI‑generated operational content.

Required profile

• Senior‑level operations executive (VP, COO or department lead) with substantial experience in the EU or UK.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale operations, optimising processes and driving organisational performance.
• Comfortable working independently, providing constructive feedback and communicating consistently.
• Available 8–20 hours per week.
