Freelance VP Sales AI Trainer – 8‑20 hrs/week Remote

About the role

We are looking for a senior sales leader to join 10x Team as a freelance VP Sales AI Trainer. Working 8‑20 hours per week, you will help shape AI models that generate sales strategy content, ensuring they reflect real‑world best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI‑generated sales strategy, customer engagement, and pipeline management content.
• Assess the accuracy, industry relevance, and practical viability of AI‑driven sales scenarios and recommendations.
• Develop example sales cases, objection‑handling scripts, and negotiation exercises based on your experience.
• Create multiple scenario variations for sales reps, managers, and clients.
• Identify gaps or flawed assumptions in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback.

Required profile

• Senior sales leader or manager (e.g., VP Sales, Head of Sales, Enterprise Sales Manager) with a proven B2B or B2C track record.
• Based in the EU or UK and available 8‑20 hours per week.
• Highly organized, able to give direct constructive feedback, and reliable in communications.
