French & Italian Speaking Account Manager

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Account Manager who will work from our new office in Barcelona city centre. You will support independent retail partners such as toy, hobby and book stores, helping them optimise their product range and increase sales.
Key responsibilities
- Contact independent retail outlets weekly to ensure they have the right range in stock.
- Advise partners on product orders that match their business needs and maximise sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
- Perform stock checks and coordinate re‑orders of sold items.
- Introduce new product ranges and identify opportunities to close sales.
- Grow the number of customers in the stockist programme and nurture long‑term trading relationships.
Required profile
- Higher education completed.
- Fluent in English, French and Italian at a business level.
- Strong relationship‑building and influencing abilities.
- Excellent customer service, time‑management and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
Required skills
What we offer
- Annual salary of €32,000.
- Relocation support and profit‑share bonus (subject to company targets).
