French Premium Customer Service Agent (Barcelona)

About the role

ADM VALUE is seeking a French‑speaking Premium Customer Service Agent to join its Barcelona office. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the primary point of contact for French‑market clients, handling both inbound and outbound interactions to ensure a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues, provide product and service information, and follow up on requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless support.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in French with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer‑service background, preferably in a contact‑center or BPO environment.
• Ability to work full‑time shifts on‑site in Barcelona.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the capacity to manage stress and maintain professionalism.

Required skills
