French Solution Specialist - Microsoft Cloud

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking Solution Specialist in Malaga to secure new customer wins for Microsoft Cloud. You will maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by collaborating with the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager, presenting the customer's cloud value propositions and technical product insights through Microsoft Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Present cloud value propositions and differentiate them against competitors, aligned to the customer's business objectives and IT initiatives
• Provide technical product overviews and feasibility assessments, and develop proposals for identified solutions
• Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations so customers receive an accurate cost projection
• Act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers
• Deliver group and one-on-one trainings on topics of expertise
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline and operational metrics
• Keep up with the latest cloud capabilities and pricing for Microsoft and competitors

Required profile

• 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience; technical sales or presales experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred; major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering is a bonus
• Minimum Fundamentals certification required on entry, L200 preferred
• English intermediate or fluent (verbal and written); supported market fluent or native
• Proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement

Required skills

• Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions
• Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions preferred
• Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning
• Experience designing, migrating and managing cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solutions
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
