French-speaking Admissions Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Admissions Coordinator to join our Global Admissions Hub in Barcelona. You will manage the end‑to‑end admission process for high‑school exchange programmes, ensuring students and their families feel supported from application through departure.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales offices to transition new students smoothly into operations.
• Guide exchange students and guardians through applications, collecting complete documentation and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate operational steps such as placements, flight bookings, visa processing and pre‑departure orientations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM, tracking each student’s progress and status.
• Serve as the primary contact for students and guardians throughout enrolment, providing consistent support.
• Represent Educatius at events, building relationships with families and partner organisations.
• Participate in pre‑departure meetings and develop internal guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and partners to deliver an outstanding experience.

Required profile

• Fluent French and advanced English (additional languages a plus).
• University degree preferred.
• Personal experience living, studying or working abroad.
• Outgoing, organised and able to prioritise in busy periods.
• Customer‑focused attitude, positive and professional.
• Comfortable using online systems, digital tools and CRM platforms.
