French Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager

About the role

Join TP’s vibrant Barcelona office as a French‑speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager. You will guide high‑potential companies through the adoption of our Digital Marketing Ads platform, helping them launch and optimise PPC campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of new clients, designing and launching high‑performing Google Ads campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to promote services, understand client objectives and propose tailored solutions.
• Set up strategic, results‑driven campaigns that deliver immediate impact and long‑term performance.
• Increase ad spend through upselling and identify growth opportunities within the client base.
• Maintain a detailed customer database and manage a high volume of daily prospect interactions.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience.
• C2 level French and C1 level English.
• At least 18 months of sales or marketing experience, preferably in client‑facing, high‑stakes environments.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Strong analytical mindset and basic problem‑solving skills.
