French-speaking Inside Sales Agent (Talent Pool)

About the role

MSX International is building a talent pool of French‑speaking Inside Sales Agents to support future automotive consulting projects. The role combines outbound lead qualification with dealership assistance, ensuring smooth vehicle distribution and high conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify high‑potential leads and engage prospects through calls, emails and chats.
• Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation and logistics.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and drive lead‑to‑sale conversion.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales or business development.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and commercial skills.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
