French Speaking Sales Support Specialist

About the role

Axalta, a coatings company with a global presence, is looking for a French Speaking Sales Support Specialist to join its facility in Asturias (Spain). The role supports the commercial organization mainly in French markets, with additional support for other markets depending on workload volumes. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and other stakeholders to keep commercial operations smooth, data accurate, pricing and rebate processes supported, and the customer experience high.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales organization with lead, opportunity and contract management.
• Manage quotations, pricing calculations and commercial offers.
• Maintain customer, pricing and commercial data in SAP and Salesforce.
• Administer rebates and commissions, including reconciliation.
• Monitor sales performance against forecast and report insights to Sales teams.
• Help customers adopt digital tools and coordinate issue resolution.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Data Management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations or Customer Service.
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• SAP and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
