French‑Speaking Account Manager – FinTech

About the role

Flanks is looking for a French‑speaking Account Manager to own a portfolio of French‑language clients across global markets. You will join the Customer Success team, work closely with senior stakeholders, and help clients maximise the value of Flanks’ wealth‑management SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation.
• Own success metrics such as product adoption, support performance, renewals and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to grow revenue.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client needs, providing responsive support on operational and product topics (≈50% of time).
• Work cross‑functionally with Tech, Product and Sales to represent client needs and drive service improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services or asset management in a client‑facing role (Account Management, Customer Success or Sales).
• Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders (C‑suite, directors).
• Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English.
