French‑Speaking Account Manager – Sales & Customer Success

About the role

As a French‑speaking Account Manager at GoStudent you will combine sales and customer‑success responsibilities, guiding families from the first enquiry through to long‑term tutoring support. You will advise parents and students, recommend tailored learning solutions, and close contracts that unlock each child’s potential.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle and ongoing customer success, from initial contact to post‑sale support.
• Advise parents and students on the best tutoring packages and match them with suitable tutors.
• Close deals, negotiate contracts and inspire families with GoStudent’s AI‑enhanced learning solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to increase customer loyalty and optimise the learning experience.
• Drive revenue through upselling, cross‑selling and encouraging referrals.

Required profile

• Native‑level French (C2) with confident communication skills.
• Sales mindset, proactive attitude and a strong drive to meet ambitious targets.
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities, with a focus on building trust.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
