About the role

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction and streamline workflows.

Required profile

• Experience in customer‑facing roles such as onboarding, success, support, or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver training or product guidance.
