Full-Stack Developer & Data Engineer

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Full-Stack Developer & Data Engineer to join the team behind Pulse, its multi-tenant Business Intelligence platform for the hospitality industry, serving 10,000+ users across corporate, regional and property levels. This is a hybrid role: you will spend time building the applications used by clients (Angular/TypeScript for web and desktop, React for mobile) and designing the ETL pipelines and ClickHouse data models that power the analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build features for the Angular/TypeScript front end (web and desktop, backed by Express.js) and the React-based mobile app.
• Contribute to the subdomain-based multi-product architecture (one Angular app, Node.js backend, database-driven feature registry, shared sessions).
• Maintain and extend features such as dashboards, reporting and data visualizations.
• Design, build and maintain ETL pipelines that bring hotel reservation, rate and competitive-set data from external sources into the ClickHouse Cloud warehouse.
• Model and optimize ClickHouse schemas (ReplacingMergeTree / AggregatingMergeTree, partitioning, projections, materialized views) for fast analytics at scale.
• Write and tune SQL across ClickHouse and MySQL (Azure) for reporting and dashboarding.
• Diagnose data pipeline issues and query performance bottlenecks using EXPLAIN plans and query logs, and ensure data accuracy through audits and validation.
• Act as technical point of contact for property and corporate users, triage helpdesk tickets and route issues to the right team.
• Work within Azure-hosted infrastructure (Container Apps, Blob Storage, Data Factory) and Google Cloud Storage integrations, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab), process management (PM2) and the Redis cache.
• Collaborate with analysts and product teams, implement data security and access controls, and communicate clearly with non-technical users.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer and/or Data Engineer, ideally with hands-on experience in both.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience); background in hospitality, BI or SaaS analytics products.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong SQL, with a columnar/analytical database (ClickHouse strongly preferred; MySQL, Azure SQL or Oracle also relevant).
• Solid experience with Angular and TypeScript on the front end, and Node.js/Express.js on the backend.
• React for mobile app development.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and data processing.
• Cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure.
• Nice to have: GitLab CI/CD, Redis, PM2, Google Cloud Storage integrations.
