Fullstack Engineer (Node.js/React)

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join Goodweek’s Engineering team and help build a next‑generation AI productivity platform. You will work on a secure, scalable, and reliable system that supports real business use cases across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain digital product components using clean, maintainable code.
• Build, test and deploy new functionalities in agile cycles.
• Participate in architecture and tech‑stack decisions, ensuring scalability, performance and security.
• Maintain code quality, perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues.
• Document technical knowledge and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and DevOps teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with Node.js and TypeScript (NestJS/React).
• Strong understanding of backend architecture, scalability and security best practices.
• Experience with databases, authentication mechanisms and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows and agile methodologies.
• Technical English proficiency and ability to communicate architectural decisions.
• Agile mindset focused on product and business value.
