Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join a fast‑moving product engineering team building an AI‑powered sales platform used by high‑growth companies worldwide. The role is based in Spain and sits at the intersection of backend and frontend development, giving you ownership of core product features that shape modern sales workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fullstack features across backend services and user‑facing interfaces.
• Build and improve data‑intensive SaaS components, including large‑dataset handling, search, and real‑time workflows.
• Translate product requirements into well‑architected technical solutions and ship them to production.
• Collaborate with founders, product managers, designers, and cross‑functional teams to deliver new features frequently.
• Identify and resolve production issues, optimise performance, and enhance system reliability.
• Participate in architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working on complex, scalable systems.
• Strong experience building and maintaining web applications across both frontend and backend layers.
• Solid understanding of system design principles such as scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and ability to drive improvements independently.
• Experience debugging production issues and handling edge cases under load.
