Fullstack Software Engineer – Member Lifecycle

About the role
Alan is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join the Member Lifecycle team. You will help build the core platform that combines insurance, prevention and care into a seamless user experience for millions of members.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain full‑stack features that support the Member Lifecycle product.
- Collaborate with product, design and other engineering teams to deliver high‑quality, user‑focused functionality.
- Ensure code quality, performance, security and scalability across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement of development processes.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to Alan’s mission of making prevention the new norm in healthcare.
- High standards and ability to work autonomously in a distributed, transparent environment.
- Willingness to own decisions and outcomes, and to give and receive honest feedback.
