Full‑Time Faculty – Digital Transformation, Entrepreneurship & Technology

About the role

GBSB Global Business School seeks an enthusiastic full‑time faculty member to teach and research Digital Transformation, Entrepreneurship and Technology at its Barcelona campus for the 2026‑2027 academic year. You will join a multicultural community of scholars and practitioners dedicated to innovative, applied learning.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses covering Digital Transformation, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, AI, Business Intelligence and Emerging Technologies.
• Supervise dissertations, participate in thesis defence committees and guide student projects.
• Lead tutorials and practical sessions on strategic management and teamwork.
• Contribute to curriculum design, academic quality assurance and institutional initiatives.
• Conduct research, publish in Scopus‑indexed journals and meet defined scholarly output targets.

Required profile

• PhD in Digital Business, Technology Management, Entrepreneurship or a closely related field.
• Minimum three years of university teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Proven expertise in Digital Transformation, Business Intelligence, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, AI, Blockchain or Digital Platforms.
• Experience supporting entrepreneurial projects and innovation initiatives.
• Strong research record in Digital Transformation, Innovation Management, Digital Ecosystems or AI‑driven Business Strategy.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
