General Manager – Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to lead the Florentine restaurant in Marbella. The role combines guest experience, team culture, commercial performance and brand standards. You will be present on the floor, develop people and ensure smooth, warm service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day restaurant operations and guarantee a strong guest experience.
• Build, coach and develop front‑of‑house and leadership teams.
• Drive service standards, atmosphere and consistency in line with the Florentine brand.
• Manage sales, labour, costs and profitability with a commercial mindset.
• Plan team routines, service priorities and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing and company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Strong background in premium casual, lifestyle or high‑volume restaurant environments.
• Excellent floor presence and genuine passion for guest experience.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build trust, accountability and team spirit.
• Good commercial awareness of sales, labour, costs and profitability.
