About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a German-speaking customer support agent for an online video platform, based in Barcelona. The client is described as a global leader and one of the biggest companies in the world, and the role involves handling sensitive content.

Required profile

Good verbal and written communication skills
Native German (C1/C2 acceptable) level of spoken and written communication
Minimum B2 level English, spoken and written
European nationality or Spanish work permit
Openness to flexible hours as required, including evenings, weekends and/or holidays
Willingness to work shifts of 8AM to 4PM or fixed night shifts, Monday to Sunday
