Global Account Manager

About the role

As a Global Account Manager at Atradius, you will manage a portfolio of strategic multinational clients, acting as the primary commercial contact for both the clients and their brokers. Based in Madrid, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide to deliver seamless credit insurance services and drive portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in regular meetings and calls with global clients and their brokers.
• Coordinate with internal teams across regions to address service requests, policy updates, and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to expand the portfolio, improve profitability, and enhance service efficiency.
• Provide comprehensive support on credit limits, collection cases, claims, and policy queries, serving as the first point of contact.
• Assist the Global New Business team with new sales opportunities and contribute to client acquisition efforts.

Required profile

• University, HBO or equivalent degree.
• Proven ability to develop and execute client strategies.
• Hands‑on, self‑starter attitude with strong drive and result‑orientation.
• Independent, confident personality with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
