Global Cash Management Analyst – Front Office Product Owner

About the role

Santander CIB is looking for a Senior Global Cash Management Analyst to act as the Front‑Office Product Owner for its cash management suite. Based in Boadilla del Monte, you will shape product strategy, design innovative solutions and drive end‑to‑end delivery for corporate and institutional clients across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market, client and regulatory indicators to define product strategy and evolution for GTB Cash.
• Collaborate directly with clients and origination teams to capture needs and translate them into global product concepts.
• Design new products incorporating APIs, blockchain, digital assets, AI and Treasury Management Systems such as SAP, Oracle or Kyriba.
• Lead full product lifecycle: ideation, business case, funding request, coordination with COO, compliance and legal approval, go‑to‑market planning and implementation.
• Monitor key performance indicators, aggregate data at a global level and use insights to optimise product performance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in cash management or treasury product ownership.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and client‑facing stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of payment regulations and capital treatment considerations.
