Global Education & Retail Excellence Manager

About the role

The Global Education & Retail Excellence Manager will lead the Retail Academy, the company’s flagship global learning platform. Reporting to the Global Retail Excellence & Education Head, you will ensure the Academy is strategically designed, flawlessly executed, and continuously improved to support business priorities across brands and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end program management of the Retail Academy, including planning, coordination, and delivery of all learning initiatives.
• Maintain and update the global Retail Academy masterplan and calendar.
• Organise and oversee in‑person learning sessions, ensuring high‑quality delivery and a seamless participant experience.
• Facilitate learning sessions when required.
• Partner with Global Education, Brands, and Markets to keep content relevant and aligned with business goals.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for HR, Markets, and Brand Education teams.
• Track participation metrics, conduct impact assessments, and monitor training ROI.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities based on data and feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in retail education, learning & development, training, or academy/program management.
• Proven experience designing, coordinating, or managing large‑scale learning initiatives, preferably in retail or consumer‑facing environments.
• Strong program and project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, regional, and local teams.
