Global Head of Quality System & Innovation

About the role

Galderma is seeking a visionary leader to direct its global Quality Management ecosystem. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape quality strategies that support the company’s dermatology portfolio across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute global Quality Management strategies and programs.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve quality systems, processes, and operating procedures.
• Lead transformation initiatives to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business needs into future‑ready quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Barcelona, Warsaw, and London to ensure consistent quality standards worldwide.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality functions in a multinational, regulated environment.
• Strong track record of driving large‑scale transformation and continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align quality initiatives with business objectives.
