Global Procurement Operations Senior Manager

About the role

DataDirect Networks (DDN) is seeking a process‑oriented Global Procurement Operations Senior Manager to design and launch a centralized Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) framework. You will build the purchasing infrastructure from the ground up, moving the organization from a manual, decentralized model to an automated, scalable system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of DDN’s first procurement platform (e.g., Workday) and serve as the internal administrator and expert.
• Design and operationalize the internal intake workflow, converting requests from Slack or email into approved purchase orders.
• Manage SaaS license administration, including utilization tracking and maintenance of a master renewal calendar.
• Ensure data integrity by cleaning and standardizing vendor information across the procurement ecosystem.
• Develop and enforce procurement policies that support efficient, compliant purchasing at global scale.

Required profile

• Strong background in building or transforming procurement processes, preferably in a global technology environment.
• Experience with system implementation, policy design, and SaaS license management.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into structured workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across functions and regions.
