Global Systems Architect – Enterprise Architecture

About the role

Insud Pharma is seeking a Global Systems Architect to lead the definition, governance, and evolution of its worldwide systems architecture. You will ensure the technology ecosystem remains coherent, standardized, interoperable, and scalable while aligning with the Group’s business and transformation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define, govern, and continuously improve the global systems and applications architecture.
• Design, document, and maintain a corporate map of systems, platforms, applications, and integrations.
• Ensure coherence, standardization, interoperability, scalability, and efficiency across the technology landscape.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and criteria for solution development, integration, and maintenance.
• Lead architecture governance and contribute to strategic technology decisions.
• Align technology initiatives with the Group’s business strategy.
• Collaborate with Technology & Transformation Competence Centers, the Transformation Office, and business teams to translate needs into sustainable solutions.
• Assess the impact of new initiatives and projects on the existing architecture.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in systems architecture, enterprise architecture, or complex solution architecture.
• Strong enterprise‑architecture mindset with experience in large, complex technology ecosystems.
• Ability to connect technology strategy with business needs.
• Focus on SAP ecosystem, critical plant applications, automation solutions, data platforms, AI, and cross‑functional corporate tools.
