Graduate AI Software Engineer – Madrid

About the role

Evernote, now part of Bending Spoons, is looking for a Graduate AI Software Engineer to join its new Madrid office. You will work on AI‑powered product experiences, collaborating with product teams to turn high‑impact ideas into production‑ready code.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop AI‑driven features that enhance user experiences for millions of users.
• Design, implement, test and document robust, scalable code from prototype to production.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
• Choose and work with appropriate technologies across monoliths, micro‑services, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes and Docker environments.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in AI and software engineering.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, talent‑dense team.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building high‑quality products.
