Graduate Legal Counsel

About the role

Join Bending Spoons as a Graduate Legal Counsel and support one of our core legal teams. You will work across corporate M&A, product & commercial, intellectual property, privacy or compliance, gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support core legal team in areas such as corporate M&A, product & commercial, IP, privacy or compliance.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, internal policies and governance documents.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, HR, Business Acquisitions and external counsel to address legal and regulatory questions.
• Assist in cross‑border M&A transactions, investments and corporate governance activities, including due‑diligence and transaction documentation.
• Create and maintain scalable legal tools, including AI‑powered workflows, forms and playbooks.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and propose proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability with a first‑principles approach to problem‑solving.
• High drive and ambition, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑moving, global environment.
