Graduate Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join Bending Spoons’ fast‑moving product teams. You will own features from concept to production, building systems used by millions while collaborating with AI‑enhanced development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and document software that scales to millions of users.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow to improve speed and quality.
• Choose and apply appropriate technologies across monoliths, microservices, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, Python and Rust.
• Continuously simplify architectures, pipelines and codebases for maintainability and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability: solve complex problems from first principles and pay attention to details.
• High drive and ambition with a proactive, responsible attitude.
• Team‑oriented mindset: support the best ideas, help teammates, act transparently.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
