Graphic Design Workshop Leader

About the role
TUMO is opening a new centre in Bilbao and seeks enthusiastic specialists to lead its Graphic Design workshops. As a Workshop Leader you will guide teenagers aged 12‑18 through hands‑on projects, using TUMO’s curriculum and your own creative expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Graphic Design workshops following TUMO’s educational materials.
- Evaluate student projects at the end of each session.
- Assess weekly self‑learning activities and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative, proactive learning environment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Graphic Design, or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (mandatory).
- Advanced English and native or fluent Euskera, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Availability to work on‑site at the Bilbao centre.
