Group NWC & Cash Flow Controller

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Group Net Working Capital (NWC) & Cash Flow Controller to join our Finance team in Barcelona. You will provide accurate analysis of the Group’s working capital and cash flow, turning complex financial data into clear insights that support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse net working capital, explaining movements versus prior periods, budget and forecast.
• Deep‑dive into receivables, payables, inventory and operational drivers to identify risks and cash‑generation opportunities.
• Prepare and review Group cash‑flow forecasts, linking EBITDA, working capital, CapEx and other cash drivers.
• Deliver regular NWC and cash‑flow performance reports, analyse variances and support management presentations.
• Drive process improvements, standardise definitions and methodologies, and lead automation initiatives for cash‑flow visibility.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling and Operations to strengthen cash discipline.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in audit or finance with exposure to balance‑sheet analysis, cash‑flow and working‑capital management.
• Strong understanding of balance‑sheet mechanics and ability to translate financial performance into business insights.
• High analytical rigor, attention to detail and a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Fluent English.
