About the role

Join Santander’s Wealth Management & Insurance division as a Growth and Performance Lead Sr. Analyst based in Madrid. You will drive paid‑media scaling, AI‑powered demand generation, and organic acquisition strategies to support the division’s growth targets across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and coordinate global paid‑media investment strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Identify scaling opportunities across markets and products, optimizing channel mix, bidding strategies and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
• Support countries in transitioning from pilot campaigns to scalable, always‑on performance models.
• Develop and lead Santander Insurance’s generative search strategy, leveraging ChatGPT and emerging AI‑driven discovery environments.
• Optimize content, structured information and product visibility for AI‑driven search results.
• Strengthen organic acquisition channels, including SEO and website performance, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve landing‑page and content effectiveness.
• Align performance‑marketing tactics with communication messaging to ensure consistent performance objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling paid‑media campaigns across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of growth‑marketing metrics such as LTV, CAC and ROI.
• Demonstrated ability to work with AI‑driven search tools and to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills with digital, content, SEO and communication teams.
