Growth Strategy Manager (Madrid-based)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Growth Strategy Manager based in Madrid. The Growth team promotes the Fever business plan across all markets and helps partners grow within the platform. The role reports directly to the global growth direction.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance overall company performance across different business units.
• Own full responsibility for the decisions taken by the growth team in your business line.
• Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics.
• Implement end-to-end solutions and projects with high impact.
• Work with people and projects across markets and teams in an international setting (up to 40 countries).

Required profile

• +6 years of experience in an analytics and business role.
• Proven experience building trust to lead teams or key projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications or Aeronautics) or in Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Data-driven approach, bringing numbers to strategic and business decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills across many disciplines and departments.
• Native or bilingual English; professional spoken and written Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with the Chinese consumer, such as marketing, growth or partnerships exposure to China's digital ecosystem (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu).
